伞状天线张力绳索热变形敏感性分析

摘    要:文章分析了张力绳索的热变形过程,得出了要减小张力绳索热变形影响应遵循的匹配原则;对张力绳索的弹性模量、直径和热膨胀系数对型面均方根误差的影响程度进行了单变量敏感性分析和多变量敏感性分析,结果显示,网间张力绳的特性直接影响了温度载荷下的型面精度,是张力绳设计的关键.

Abstract:Thermal deformation process of tensile cable elements is analyzed, and the basic property - match rule to reduce thermal deformation is given. Influence of elastic modulus, diameter and thermal expansion coefficient of tensile cable elements on surface distortion is obtained by Single Variable Sensitivity Analysis and Multiple Variables Sensitivity Analysis. Simulation result shows that property of the middle tensile cable elements influences the surface distortion directly, and is critical for design of tensile cable elements.
