| 摘 要： | 针对作战方案优选中存在的决策者权重信息、各属性权重信息以及方案属性值信息均不完全的问题，采用聚类分析法建立了决策者权重计算模型，并在此基础上采用双基点法建立了基于群决策技术的作战方案优选决策模型。 |
