载人航天器气液分离技术综述

摘    要:介绍了载人航天器不同物质间的气液分离技术,主要包括材料吸湿性和皮托管气液分离技术、离心式气液分离技术及毛细作用气液分离技术的原理、设计形式、性能,以及在载人飞船、航天飞机及"国际空间站"上的应用情况。结合中国在该领域内的研究情况,对上述3种气液分离技术进行了比较。其中:材料吸湿性气液分离技术处理量小;离心式气液分离技术要多消耗电能,且产生振动及噪声;毛细作用气液分离技术不产生振动及噪声,有一定的优势。最后,介绍了一种全新概念的气液分离技术,即溶解式气液分离技术。

Abstract:The paper presents manned spacecraft gas-liquid separation technology of various mat- ters including material hygroscopic and pitot tube, centrifugal separator and capillary action tech- nology. The principle, design configuration, performance and application of the separation technology in such manned spacecraft as Space Shuttle and ISS (International Space Station) are described. Combined with the study in this domain of China, the three kinds of gas-liquid separation technology are compared. The technology of material hygroscopic can treat small amount, the centrifugal separator needs consu- ming energy and brings vibration and noise whereas the capillary action technology doesn't thus, having some advantages. In the end,the paper introduces a sort of gas-liquid separation technolo- gy which is based on a brand-new concept, the dissolved type gas-liquid separation technology.
