发射主动段空间相机隔振技术研究

摘    要:由光机和光电组件组成的空间相机对发射过程中力学环境的适应能力极为有限。为了提高空间相机发射主动段的适应能力,文章依据单自由度被动式隔振系统理论,针对相机的正弦振动和随机振动环境力学条件,设计了一种阻尼橡胶隔振器。计算分析和振动试验结果显示隔振器的减振效率接近50%,能够将随机振动过程中相机内部结构的加速度均方根值响应衰减至减振前的1/10,并最终保证在10gn左右,达到了相机材料及结构所容许的动力学条件要求,充分验证了隔振器的减振效果。文章针对相机的隔振技术应用及隔振设计方法,对于具有类似结构形式或布局形式的空间有效载荷的减振设计具有实用的参考价值。

Abstract:As a system of optic-mechanical and optic-electronical structure, a space camera is very sensitive to the launching vibration perturbation. A new isolator mainly having feature of vibration isolation and high damping is developed in the assurance of the launch of space camera. Both the isolation frequency and the equivalent damping ratio are designed with an optimal range of perturbation attenuation. The experimental results of a vibration isolation system show that these new isolators can effectively suppress both lower frequency resonances and random vibration in a broad frequency band. This paper is useful as a reference for other related space payload structure vibration attenuation.
