摘    要:剖析了航天器系统工程的原理及组成要素,分析了基于协同设计中心开展航天器协同研制的团队、环境、模型及流程等核心要素,通过研究航天器系统工程和协同设计中心诸要素,实践了基于航天器系统工程原理的协同设计中心的应用,分析了基于协同设计中心建立集成产品开发团队(IPT)、制定研制流程、统一数据源等方式开展航天器协同研制,并收到了良好的应用效果,同时,在应用中发现如基于IPT的协同设计认识淡薄、软硬件协同性差等问题,提出了加强设计人员通过IPT方式开展协同设计的认识、改进协同研制的软硬件环境、持续提升基于统一数据源的协同设计能力、合理应用和梳理优化流程等改进建议。

Abstract:This paper dissects the theory and component elements of spacecraft system engineering, analyses the core elements, such as team, environment, model and process, develops collaborative research of the spacecraft based on the collaborative design center, and realizes the application of the collaborative design center based on the theory of spacecraft system engineering. It analyses the IPT(Integrated Product Team), establishes the process, unifies the data source, and so on,to develop a collaborative design based on the collaborative design center. At the same time, the paper puts forward the improvement advice, such as enhancing the understanding of IPT, improving the environment of the software and hardware, upgrading collaborative ability based on data source,and reasonably applying and optimizing the process.
