基于石墨烯的太赫兹可重构极化扭转器研究

摘    要:文章提出了一种基于石墨烯的可重构太赫兹极化扭转器设计方法,并讨论了其工作原理。文中对不同门限电压下的石墨烯的参数进行了计算,并对极化扭转器整体结构进行了数值仿真,分析了门限电压对极化扭转器的工作频段的影响。研究结果表明,通过改变石墨烯偏置电压可以使极化扭转器输出波的极化状态在线极化和圆极化之间切换。

Reconfigurable Terahertz Polarization Converter Based on Graphene

Abstract:A recom3gurable terahertz polarization converter based on gTaphene is presented in this paper. Its operation mechanism is deeply explained. The consitufive parameters of graphene are calculated and substituted into the simtdation model in CST MW Studio. The whole structure of the polarization converter including the graphene is numerically simulted. Results show that the bias voltage on the graphene can used to effeciently change the polarization states of the transmitted waves from linear polarization to circular one.
