| 摘 要： | 分析了因航班延误而引发航空公司与旅客之间冲突的发散性、可扩性、相关性度蕴含性，利用可拓学的思想和方法．寻找处理矛盾问题的规律，为航空公司解决与旅客的纠纷提供技术分析理论和方法依据，形成形式化的可拓处理不正常航班延误的方法。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the divergent,expansive,correlative and implicative natures of conflict between airline company and passengers caused by irregular flights,and,by reeking use of thoughts and methods of extension looking for laws of solving contradictions,provides theory of leehnical analysis and methodical basis for the airline to settle disputes with passengers, thus giving shape to a formalized extension method for handling irregular flight delays. |
