飞行器结构强度的可靠性检验

摘    要:本文首先分析了结构强度检验的现状及存在问题,讨论了结构可靠性检验的一般概念和常用的三种抽样检验方法,包括抽样样本平均值的检验方法、计量序贯检验方法和抽样个值的检验方法.根据抽样检验理论,本文提出了飞行器结构强度可靠性检验的合格系数概念及如何确定它的方法.合格系数与安全系数是本质上不同的两种概念,前者决定抽样检验的合格载荷,后者决定强度计算的设计载荷.

Abstract:The current status and problem of the structure strength reliability test are discussed. The general concept of structure strength reliability test and three kinds of sampling methods (including the test method based on the sampling average value,the quantity sequential test method,and the test method based on the sampling single value)are discussed. In this paper,the acceptance factor and its calculating method are presented. The acceptance factor in the structure strength reliability test is different from the safty factor in principle. The former determines acceptance loads in the structure strength reliability test,the latter determines design loads in the structure strength calculation and analysis.
