高校组织结构的检视和“扁平化”组织结构设想

高校组织结构决定了高校组织中的指挥系统、信息沟通网络和人际关系，最终影响组织效能的发挥。长期的计划经济，使我国高校的自主权受到很大的束缚，导致高校内部组织结构过于僵化，缺乏灵活性、创造性，影响了教师创新能力的发挥。因此需要构筑有利于教师创新的、中间行政管理环节尽可能少的“扁平化”内部组织结构。
