| Abstract: | This paper puts forward the quantum hypothesis of the information test system of armament on test ability.It describes the whole emergence of information test system synthetically,and sets up the dynamics model of the test ability of information test system.It tries to instruct the epistemology of philosophy of the quantificational evaluation on test ability. |
