遗传算法对压气机叶片排序的应用

摘    要:采用遗传算法研究压气机叶片装配中的排序优化问题。详细给出了遗传算法的计算步骤、计算过程中叶片序列可行解的编码、交叉算子、变异算子的选择方法,建立了对叶片排序问题的适应度函数及其优化的评估方法。具体算例表明所建立的方法对压气机叶片排序问题有较高的效率和满意的准确度。

Abstract:Genetic algorithm was applied to optimize sequencing of compressor vanes.This paper gives the detail calculation procedures,the selection methods of coding feasible solutions of the compressors vane sequencing,chiasm operator and variation operator in the computation.The adaptation functions were established and the evaluation methods to optimize them were also given.The idiographic computing examples indicate that the genetic algorithm has preferable efficiency and satisfactory accuracy.
