| 摘 要： | 选取13家航修系统企业部分中层领导干部作为调查对象，以长沙航空职业技术学院人才培养质量为实证，从毕业生的思想品德、专业知识、业务能力、工作业绩等方面进行评价。研究发现：毕业生人才培养质量整体水平良好。其中，对思想政治素质、职业道德以及工作态度评价最高，其次是工作能力、行政职业能力和专业理论知识，而科研创新能力和外语能力有待加强。
