摘    要:分析了影响某固体发动机静止试验推力测试偏差的因素.分析结果表明,由于试车架结构问题,发动机工作过程产生的偏斜力与偏心力以及各个方向的振动是推力测试偏差过大的主要因素.据此优化设计试车架结构,控制并减少安装偏差,消除侧向力对工作传感器的干扰,提高推力测试的可靠性,以满足固体火箭发动机推力测试技术要求.

Abstract:The factors affecting thrust measurement deviation during static test for a solid motor were analyzed.The results show that the main factors producing big thrust measurement deviation include deflection force and eccentric force caused in motor working process and vibration along all directions due to structure design defect of the test fixture,.Therefore structure design of the test fixture was optimized;installation deviation was controlled and reduced;the interference of lateral force on sensor was elimi...
