Abstract:A set of impulse micro-reactor chromatogram system was established in order to explore endothermic fuel's coking performance and coking-inhibitor's effect. Coking quantity was measured by on-line chromatogram. By using n-Hep tane as cracking feedstock, we studied four kinds of coking inhibitor in which the thiophene's effect was found for the first as the best one. With thiophene of mass fraction 1×10-3 added ,the quantity of coking reduced reached 92%. This system is featured for its simple structure, short reaction period, flexibility in operation, ease in changing parameter as well as reasonable results and good repetition. It is fit to evaluate the characteristic of endothermic fuel,and m ake a solid basis for the further application.
