摘    要:提出一种诊断方法, 只要测量了多级轴流压气机的进出口流场及外端壁若干个静压值, 在不依赖于任何叶片排的冲角和落后角以及计算站的堵塞因子的经验系数或模型的情况下, 就能够诊断出多级轴流压气机的重要部位流场参数的径向分布。方法本身不受设计工况和非设计工况的限制。

Abstract:A flow diagnosis method for a multistage axial flow compressor is proposed which judges its key flow parameters by the meridional flow fileds obtained from the measurements at inlets and outlets,as well as the casing static pressure data.No empirical data or models are needed for attack angles and deviation angles of blades as well as blockage factors in this method.The method is a combination of the meridional flow calculations with an optimization technique.There is no additional limit for this method to deal with the flows at off design conditions as compared with the problems near design conditions.The value of this method has been primarily identified in two three stage compressors.
