摘    要:介绍了一种双冗余LVDT式位移传感器及其变换电路。传感器运用差动变压器式工作原理,采用串联冗余结构形式,实现了结构串联、功能并联的双路冗余线位移测量。测量参数采用数字拟合的方法,解决了串联双冗余LVDT位移传感器的固有特性决定的线性度较低、无法满足系统任务指标要求的问题,提高了测量信号的线性度、系统的控制精度,缩短了调试周期,提高了效率,满足了新一代控制系统高可靠性的要求。

Abstract:A kind of dual-redundancy LVDT displacement sensor and its converting circuit are introduced. To achieve dual-redundancy displacement measuring by the structure in series and the function in parallel, the differential transformer with series redundancy structure is designed. To solve the problems of low linearity which is the inherent characteristics of series dual-redundancy LVDT displacement sensor and unable to meet the target requirements of system, the method of digital fitting is used to measuring parameters. Then the linearity of measurement signal and control precision of system are improved; debugging time is shortened; efficiency is enhanced and the requirements of high reliability for the control system of new generation are met.
