血管壁内应力分布研究

摘    要:应力一直被认为是影响动脉血管平滑肌细胞组织性质变化的重要因素.利用零应力状态和张开角的概念,推导受内压的血管壁的内力分布的解析解,并对具体的实例进行计算分析.计算结果表明,张开角对于沿血管壁厚度方向变化的圆周方向应力分布具有非常强烈的影响.

Abstract:Mechanical stress has long been hypothesized as one of the important factors in regulating the structure and organization of vascular smooth muscle cells. Based on the conceptions of zero stress state and opening angle proposed by earlier researchers, stress distribution in blood vessel wall with inner pressure was investigated numerically. The results indicated that opening angle has a strong effect on the distribution of circumferential stress in the thickness direction of the vessel wall.
