摘    要:根据实际需要 ,利用AT切型石英晶体良好的温频特性 ,设计一种恒温石英谐振器 ,并对它的主振电路、幅度放大电路、波形变换电路、自动增益电路和压控电路等诸多因素的特性进行了综合分析 ,使其具有良好的老化特性和频率的稳定性。

Abstract:Based on the practical needs, devises a constant temperature quartz oscillator by using the better temperature-frequency characteristics of AT shear quartz crystal. Furthermore, analyzes in detail its primary oscillator circuit, amplitude magnified circuit, wave shape transform circuit, auto-gain control circuit, voltage control circuit and some other factors. The results indicate that the oscillator has better aging characteristics and frequency stability.
