| Abstract: | Based on the current situation of teachers' educational background structure in higher vocational colleges, this paper discusses the cause of teacher's lower educational background structure and moreover, compared with the requirements for teachers' higher educational background structure, proposes some advice on the construction of teachers' educational background. |
