风机叶片的圆锥面成型法

摘    要:本文提出利用圆锥面成型鈑料扭曲风机叶片的方法,能通过调节锥顶角的大小和叶片在锥面上的不同安放姿态来较好地满足各种径向扭曲规律,使成型的叶片能较好地符合气动设计要求,为鈑料扭曲叶片成型提供了新的设计制造方法。该法有较大实用和经济价值。

Abstract:A new method,circular surface shaping method,has been developed to shape the sheet metal twisted blade. By changing the conical point angle and the location of the blade on the conic surface, this method can satisfy the various radial law and make the shaped blade meet the specifications of its aerodynamic design much better. The shortcoming of the existing cylinder shaping method that leads the inlet flow incidence to deviate from its permitted range can be overcome. In addition,the forwardswept blade shape can be obtained by contro-ling the blade location on the circular cone surface. As a result, a new design and manufacturing method is provided for sheet metal twisted blade shaping. The method is of great practical and economic value.
