摘 要: | 介绍了对钛合金作为复合材料桨叶包铁所作的研究,包括钛合金选材设计,表面处理、热成型工艺,成型后包铁的残余应力,以及与桨叶胶接试验验证.研究结果表明钛合金板材可以用于制造复合材料桨叶包铁.

Abstract: | This paper introduced the research of titanium-alloy as composite blade leading edge protection ,including the choice of the material, protection, heat-molding technics, remain-stress, and the test of titanium-alloy leading edge protection bond with composite blade. The results showed that the titanium-alloy could be used for composite blade leading edge protection. |
