摘 要: | 在直升机设计制造过程中,薄壁长管梁的焊接、机加一直是比较棘手的问题。就某型号直升机薄壁长管梁的焊接、机加问题,从工艺方案设计、工艺参数选择、定位装夹方法等几个方面来寻求解决途径,保证薄壁长管梁的加工精度。

Abstract: | During the process of helicopters' mechanical design and production, the welding and machining thin-wall and long pipe and girder products has always been difficult. So based on some modes of helicopter thin-wall and long pipe and girder machining and welding, the article aimed to find solutions and increase the accuracy of products from project design, methods of positioning and clamping, specific craft process and so on. |
