PDM在飞机制造工装设计中的应用研究

针对当前飞机制造技术向数字量传递模式转型及飞机工艺装备部门CAX的深入应用过程中带来的庞大的数据流,以及数据和过程缺乏透明性等问题,结合洪都航空工业集团实际情况,研究如何使用PDM系统(iMAN)实现工装设计过程中的文档管理、工作流程管理、产品结构管理,以达到信息传递的准确性、一致性、完整性和工作流程的规范化。

Application Research of PDM in Aircraft Tooling Design

Aiming to the fact that current aircraft manufacturing technique is trending to digital number transfer mode ,enormous data flow has brought by the application.of CAX in aircraaft tooling department and data and process are lack of pellucidity,this paper researches how to realize the management of document ,operation flow and product structure in tooling design process with PDM system to ensure the information transfer accuracy,consistency and integrity,and normalize the operation flow in consideration of the real condition of Hongdu Aviation Industry Group.
