高温涡轮叶片氮膜冷却与惰性防护探讨

摘    要:本文探讨以氮膜冷却取代气膜冷却。热物性分析表明:氮膜冷却效果高于空气膜的3.4%,氮介质通道内的粘性流动损失比空气质损失小3%,重要的是氮膜对高温涡轮叶片具有惰性防护作用增强其抗氧化抗腐蚀抗烧蚀能力。

Abstract:The paper argnes that fesebility cooling with nitrogen ins tead of air. According the analysis of Objects beaten quality: the effect of nitrogen Cooling is betten than that of air by3. 4 percent but the loss of Shieky flowing through passaye it less then the airs by 3 percent . Above all nitrogen Can inertia Protect the turbine blades with high tempreture. So increase the ability of fighting the Oxidation,the corrode and the heatem.
