液压泵轴承故障的诊断方法

摘    要:利和倒谱包络方法解决液压泵轴承故障特征提取和故障诊断的问题,文中详细给出了倒谱包络的模型,然后在频域和倒频域比较正常泵和轴承故障泵的功率谱变化及倒谱包络变化。分析研究表明,轴承振动信号相对于柱塞与斜盘的振动是非常微弱的,利通常的信号处理方法进行轴承故障诊断往往难以奏效,而利用倒谱包络方法则可以突出故障信息,从而达到轴承故障诊断的目的。

Abstract:The cepstrum envelope analysis is applied to solve the problem of the diagnosis of bearing failure to hydraulic pump. At first the cepstrum envelope model is described. Then the vibration spectra of the normal pump and the pump with a bearing failure are compared in frequency domain and in cepstrum envelope domain. It is found that there is a great difference between the normal pump and the pump with the bearing failure in cepstrum envelope domain. On the contrary the frequency spectrum of the fault pump makes no difference to the normal pump. So using cepstrum envelope method can diagnose the bearing failures.
