| 摘 要： | 分析了利用动态电极压力监控点焊质量的原理，利用压电石英力传感器、负荷放大器及其外围电路，建立了动态电极压点焊质量控制系统。介绍了控制系统硬件结构和控制软件设计。实验结果表明，采用该控制系统能够有效地控制焊点质量。

| Abstract: | In this paper,an analysis has ben carried out on the quality control of spot welding by means of the dynamic electrode forces.A quality control system for the spot welding under the dynamic electrode forces is designed to include a piezoelectric pressure sensor, an amplifier and a circuit. meantime,are also introduced the hardware construction and the design of control software.The experimental results have shown the effectiveness and reliability of this system. |
