| 摘 要： | 民航空防安全新旧威胁长期交织并存，亟待强化空防安全威胁预警响应管理技术流程。本文探讨了民航空防安全威胁与风险的生成演化规律，明晰威胁评估与预警响应的核心技术环节，提出民航空防安全威胁预警模型，开发基于web的预警系统，为我国民航空防安全威胁预警机制构建提供技术支持。

| Abstract: | As the terrorism threat to civil aviation becomes increasingly severe, the study of early warning and response system for aviation security seems necessary and urgent. This article ex-plores the risk forming of civil aviation security, innovates the core techniques of threat assessment, proposes an early-warning and response model, and develops an early warning systems for China＇s civil aviation security based on Web technology. |
