摘    要:某型磁敏元件寿命试验样本量很大,很难应用可靠性试验用表与Weibull分布基于最佳线性不变估计(BLIE),最佳线性无偏估计(BLUE)枢轴量的数表,本文基于Bayes方法、Blom近似等,对产品进行了拟合优度检验、分布鉴别与可靠性评定。

Abstract:The sample size of life testing for a type of Hall magnet sensing unit is so large that to usethe numerical tables[2] of reliability testing and the numrical tables based on BLIE and BLUE pivotalquanties. of Weibull distribution become very troublesome. In this paper, basing Bayesian method andBlom's approximate;etc, the goodness -of- fit test,distribution discrimination and reliability assessmentis performed.
