摘 要: | 针对某型涡喷发动机附件传动机匣的支板在台架试车过程中多次出现裂纹的问题,计算了该机匣承受的气体力载荷;通过有限元分析得到了该机匣的应力分布,并与试验值进行了对比.结果表明,计算应力和试验值吻合较好,支板的静强度可满足要求,有必要寻找引起故障的其他原因.为减小应力集中,研究了机匣几何尺寸对支板应力的影响.

Abstract: | The gas force load supported accessory gearbox was calculated for the crack problems occurred in the rig testing for gearbox support of a turbojet.The stress distribution of the gearbox was obtained through finite element analysis and was compared with the experimental data.The results indicate that the calculation stress agrees with the experimental data and the static strength of the support can meet the requirements.It is necessary for searching other reason.Furthermore,the effect of the gearbox geometry... |
