| Abstract: | A method of measuring and displaying the rotational velocity in real-time is presented in this paper. The paper specifically describes the hardware structure of the interruption system, the clocking method of INTEL 8253 T/C, and gives out the process of derivating the recurrence algorithm and its implementation in C Language. |
