面积比、波瓣张角对多级波瓣喷管性能的影响研究

摘    要:在11 km高空环境下,对喷管出口马赫数为0.75的2级波瓣喷管内外流场进行数值模拟。通过改变第1级波瓣喷管的引射面积比及第2级波瓣的下张角,分析了2级波瓣喷管的性能变化。结果表明,第1级波瓣的引射效率在第1级引射面积比为1.50时达到峰值;在总引射面积比为3.50时,上张角为15°、下张角为0°的2级波瓣喷管性能较好,其引射系数比单级波瓣喷管的高30%,推力大4%。

Area Ratio and Lobe Angle Influence on the Performance of Multi- Stage Lobed Nozzles

Abstract:The numerical simulation of the inner and outer flow field of the two-stage lobed nozzles was carried out at altitude of 11 km and outlet Mach mumber of 0.75.The performance of the two-stage lobed nozzles was analyzed by changing the ejecting area ratio of the first-stage lobed nozzle and the downward angle of the second stage lobed nozzle.The results show that the ejecting efficiency of the first stage lobe reaches peak value at 1.50 of its ejecting area ratio.The ejecting coefficient and thrust of the two stage lobed nozzle is better at 3.50 of mass ejecting area,15 °angle and 0 ° of downward angle are respectively increased 30 % and 4 % than the one-stage lobed nozzle.
