细旦粘胶基碳纤维及原丝结构的研究

摘    要:对细旦与常规两种粘胶原丝进行了碳化试验,所制得的碳纤维强度细旦原丝的比常规原丝的高出34.9%。对两种原丝的形态结构及超分子结构也进行了研究。光学及扫描电子显微镜观察结果表明,细旦原丝比常规原丝截面圆整、表面光洁;广角X射线衍射分析的结果表明,两者结晶结构相同,细旦原丝结晶度高于常规原丝;小角X散射结果显示,细旦原丝10nm以上孔径的孔洞体积分数比较常规原丝低。

Abstract:Fine rayon precursors were successfully carbonized under same process conditions for manufacturing general rayon based carbon fibers. The average strength of fine carbon fibers was about 35 percent higher than that of general rayon based carbon fibers. The morphological structure and super-molecular structure of two kinds of precursors were compared. It was proved by optical microscopy that fine precursors were rounder in shape of section than general precursors.The result of WAXA curves showed that they both had the same crystal structure,while fine fibers had higher degree of crystallization.Volume fraction of fine precursors above 10 nm void diameter was lower than general precursors by SAXA.
