基于CFD技术的螺旋桨气动特性研究

摘    要:通过求解绝对坐标系下的雷诺平均Navier-Stokes方程数值模拟螺旋桨侧流黏性绕流,计算螺旋桨非定常气动特性.为了保证时间精度和提高计算效率,采用含牛顿型LU-SGS(lower-upper symmetric-Gauss-Seidel)子迭代的全隐式双时间法并引入多重网格技术.为了描述桨叶的相对运动,采用运动嵌套网格技术.对于轴流状态,计算结果与实验值吻合良好;对于侧流状态,与工程算法1P(once-per-revolution)载荷法进行了比较,验证了方法的有效性.应用该方法计算螺旋桨在不同来流偏角下的周期性气动特性,可有效地用于螺旋桨的设计.

Abstract:Unsteady compressible Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes equations in absolute coordinate system were solved to simulate the flow around propeller for yawing-configurations. A moving chimera-grid methodology combined with multigrid scheme and a fully implicit dual-time stepping method for simulating the viscous flows over propellers were presented. For zero-yaw configurations,the numerical results agreed well with the experimental data; and for yawing configurations,the results were compared with 1P (once-per-revolution) method. Both cases validate the method. The periodical characteristics of propeller performance at different yaw angles provide a guideline for propeller design.
