| 摘 要： | 高职高专学生的就业观存在着多层次、多样化的特征，其中存在诸多不适应形势发展需要的观念。分析问题产生的原因，加强对高职高专学生进行科学、正确的人生观、价值观、就业观教育，探讨解决高职高专学生就业观的系统对策，是摆在理论工作者与教育工作者面前的新课题。

| Abstract: | In looking for a job,vocational students behave respectively.Their psychological actions vary and diversify,which somewhat hinder them to find a suitable job.The reasons are that they cannot realize themselves and get no proper stand points of science,life,value and employment.So the author advocates all educators and theorists will shoulder this mission and help the vocational students. |
