Abstract:To eliminate the influence of noise and disturbance on the steady measurement parameters in ground test for liquid propellant rocket engine and to reduce the test data errors as well as to provide reliable and creditable test data for engine design and application departments, the ground test measurement data should be filtered and de-noised. On the basis of analysis for test data characteristics of steady for measurement parameters such as pressure, flow rate, rotating speed and temperature for liquid propellant rocket engine ground test, this paper puts forward exert wavelet analysis to deal with the steady measurement parameter data, and proposes the wavelet de-noising model and the data processing approach. The results demonstrate that the wavelet analysis method can fulfill the test data processing in the test steady stage and operation condition change stage. It is very suitable for the test data processing for liquid propellant rocket engine ground test.
