雾化槽燃油雾化机理的试验研究

摘    要:本文利用脉冲激光展示了雾化槽的雾化过程,测量了油膜展宽和雾化槽的气流流场。对不同结构的挡板做了对比选型试验。发现雾化槽流场、挡板结构、燃油粘性和张力是造成油膜翻越的主要因素。雾化槽的燃油雾化主要来自雾化槽前边沿的油膜失稳雾化。

Abstract:The emulsifying process of emulsifying channel has been displayed by pulse laser in this paper. The width of fuel film and the rccirculation zone of the channel have been measured. Contrast experiments of different structures of the channel have finished. The results show that the main emulsifying fuels of the channel come from the unstable emulsification of fuel film on the front edge of the channel.
