摘    要:鉴于轴流压气机静子根部容腔对压气机性能影响显著,本文利用CFD数值模拟手段,以某小流量多级轴流压气机第一级为研究对象,详细分析了该压气机第一级带静子容腔与不带静子容腔模型中的三维流动情况。结果显示,静子容腔叶根间隙泄漏流会造成静子叶根附近的流动发生明显变化,效率下降,级稳定工作范围变窄。

Abstract:Shrouded stator cavity flow has great influence on aerodynamic performance of axial compressors.In this paper taking a small rate axial compressor as the research object,the flow in different seal-tooth of cavity at first stage is investigated with numerical simulation of CFD method.The comparison of the numerical simulation results and the detailed analysis of the 3D flow field is finished.By analyzing the flow filed,it finds that the cavity leakage can change the flow field of stator root and results in e...
