摘    要:对航空发动机风扇/压气机叶片用TC11材料的高低周复合疲劳(L-HCCF)进行了试验研究.通过对试验结果的统计分析,获得了TC11材料高低周复合疲劳特性;同时,运用TC11材料高低周复合疲劳线性累积损伤评估方法,对TC11材料的疲劳寿命进行了评估并与试验结果进行了对比,预测结果与试验结果基本吻合.本文研究可为在役发动机...

Abstract:Experimental study on low and high cycle combined fatigue(L-HCCF) of fan/compressor blades made of TC11 in aero-engine was carried out.Based on statistic analysis of the results,the L-HCCF characteristics of TC11 was gained.Using L-HCCF continuum damage mechanics approach,the fatigue life of TC11 was evaluated and compared with the test results.It could be found that the assessment results were agreement with the test results.This investigation was very useful for troubleshooting and life extension of aero-...
