摘    要:本文针对机载电子设备的工作模式和所处的环境条件,在方案设计、详细设计至可靠性仿真试验各个阶段运用不同领域的软件工具,结合产品设计的实例,从热学、力学、电磁兼容等方面阐述了集设计、仿真、测试、优化于一体的机载电子设备结构设计流程,有效地提高了设计质量和产品的可靠性.

Abstract:In this paper, different software tools are emplyed in different phases of structure design, detail desigm and reliability simulation test according to specific airborne operation modes and conditions. From the perspectives of thermology, mechanics and EMC , the methods porpsed describe an airborne electronic equipment structure design process integrating design, simulation, testing and optimization. It is proved that simulation technologies in product design significantly improve design quality and reliability.
