| 摘 要： | 提出一种虚拟仪器与机器视觉相结合的汽车牌照识别方法。在LabVIEW平台上,利用IMAQ V ision强大的图像处理功能,对CCD摄像机获得的图像进行预处理、车牌定位处理、字符分割处理、字符识别处理,最终得到通过车辆的车牌号码,实验结果表明该方法的可行性。

| Abstract: | A vehicle license recognition method is presented in this paper by combining virtual instrumentation and machine vision technology.In the LabVIEW's platform,IMAQ Vision provides a lot of powerful image functions.After preprocessing CCD camera's images,plates positioning,characters segmentation and character recognition,we can get the vehicle license plate number immediately.The experiment shows the method's feasibility. |
