激波对非晶态合金Fe_(78)B_(13)Si_9的作用

摘    要:采用XRD初步研究了经激波作用的非晶态合金Fe(78)B(13)Si9的晶化,结果表明,激波对非晶态合金Fe(78)B(13)Si9具有强烈影响。激波可以使非晶态合金Fe(78)B(13)Si9转变为多品材料,结晶出新的晶化相。这些晶化相的x-射线衍射峰不同于用传统退火工艺得到的晶化峰,且各自彼此也不同。激波可能是一种很好的研究非晶晶化的新技术。

Abstract:The effect of shock wave on the amorphous alloy Fe(78)B(13),Si9has been studied by means of XRD. It is found that the shock waveexerts a drastic influence on the amorphous alloy Fe(78)B(13)Si9. The amorphous alloy Fe(78)B(13)Si9 has been transformed to a polycrystalline materialwhen the shock wave impacts on it, and some new crystal has crystallizedout. Perhaps the XRD. of these polycrystalline are some metastable phases.They are different from the ordinary phases obtained from annealingShock wave may be a very valuable technique studying crystallization.
