燃烧室新型席壁结构的壁温计算

摘    要:建立了考虑壁面纵向导热的计算席壁壁温的七热流模型。提出了求解该模型的方法, 并考虑物性参数随温度的变化等因素, 据此, 分别对设计状态和实验状态下的席壁火焰筒的内外壁温的分布进行了计算, 并与原型气膜冷却的壁温分布及实验值进行了比较。计算结果表明, 与实验值基本吻合, 并表现出良好的冷却性能。其冷却空气量比原型节省20%左右, 壁温明显低于原型, 且沿轴向分布均匀, 因而可望较大地提高火焰筒的使用寿命或涡轮前燃气温度。

Abstract:A seven heat flow model for calculating of the wall temperature of mat wall has been established,in which internal axial heat conduction of flame tube wall is considered.A numerical method for solving the model is provided,which takes into account the effect of temperature on physical parameters.Therefore,the accuracy of the wall temperature calculation is enhanced.In order to provide required parameters for calculating the wall temperature,the calculation of axial distribution of mass flow and other flow parameters in the mat wall structure have also been done.After that,the axial temperature distributions on the mat wall of a single flame tube have been calculated at design and experimental conditions,and are compared with those of the prototype with air film cooling and its experimental data.It is demonstrated that the calculated results are principally consistent with experimental data and the mat wall strueture is possessed of excellent cooling performance.In comparison with the prototype,the cooling air mass is decreased by 20%,the wall temperature is obviously lowered.Furthermore,the axial wall temperature distribution is more uniform.Therefore,this structure will prolong the life of the flame tube or raise the gas temperature before the turbine.
