| Abstract: | Based on the method of benchmarking,three transnational corporations comes from developed countries,developing country and China are selected for their outstanding contribution in technical innovation management field.This paper discusses the related principles of the technical innovation management in transnational corporations through comparing effects and examples of technical learning in these corporations. |
