GAP推进剂力学性能初步研究

摘    要:对缩水甘油叠氮聚醚(GAP)推进剂的特点进行了分析,并对其力学性能调节进行了初步实验研究。结果发明:由于GAP粘合剂可侧链的影响,使推进剂力学性能水平较低,因而必须对其进行改性。引入适当的交联剂,扩链剂及键合剂可使GAP推进剂力学性能达到较高的水平。

Abstract:Based on analysis of the characteristics of GAP-based propellants,a prelirminary investigation on the mechanical properties has been conducted. The results show that the mechanical property level of GAP based propellants is relatively low owing to the effects of side chain in GAP binder,thus,its molecular structure must be modified. By adding proper crosslinking agent,chain extender and bonding agent,the mechanical properties of GAP based propellants can be tailored to a higher level.
