试论道儒二家"无为而治"管理谋略的异同及其在现代管理中的应用

本文指出了管理谋略的含义和道、儒二家“无为而治”的共同之处;从管理者的心境、对管理者的要求、社会机制、对“德治”的重视程度以及管理的途径和方法等方面,论述了道、儒二家“无为而治”管理谋略的不同;并就如何在现代管理中应用“无为而治”的管理谋略,提出了一些看法和思路。

Governing by Doing Nothing that Goes Against Nature Between the Taoists and the Confucianists and Its Application in Modern Management

In this paper, to begin with, the author indicates the implication of the management strategy and the similarities of the idea, namely, "governing by doing nothing that goes against nature" given by both the Taoists and the Confucianists, and then describes the differences of this idea of these two schools from the perspectives of the manager's mood, requirements for the manager, social mechanism, the degree of stress en "rule of virtue", management methods and so on. Furthermore, the author offers seme ideas and thinking on how to apply this management strategy in modern management.
