| 摘 要： | 重点介绍了某零件的冷拉深工艺,用一般模具结构在普通冲压设备上室温拉深出了某端环零件,突破了钛合金板材冷拉深的禁区。工艺过程简单,加工成本低,零件质量高。并对取得的相关经验和数据进行了分析和讨论。

| Abstract: | The cold drawing is adopted and a certain end ring is drawn on the common punching equipment by using general molding tool structure at ambient temperature. It is broken the forbidden zone of titanium alloy plate in cold drawing. It has the advantage in simple process, low cost and high quality compared with hot drawing. The related experience and data were analyzed and discussed. |
