摘    要:结合某试验机承力密封框结构件的研制 ,开展先进CAD/CAE系统在飞机改型设计中的应用研究 ,其中包括 :简要介绍应用先进的CAD/CAE系统 ,进行承力密封框的三维数字化建模 ,包括建立三维结构模型和有限元分析模型 ;根据承力密封框的使用环境和设计要求 ,确定对其进行刚度和强度分析时所需的各种主要参数 ;应用CAE系统计算承力密封框的刚度和强度 ,分析计算结果。最后 ,总结了先进CAD/CAE系统在飞机改型设计中的应用效果

Abstract:A study of the application of an advanced CAD/CAE system to the redesign of a load-bearing airtight bulkhead for a certain test aircraft has been performed. The CAD/CAE system was used for the three-dimensional digital modeling of the airtight bulkhead, including the three-dimensional structure model and finite element analysis model; the principle parameters required for the stiffness and strength analysis were determined by accounting for the operation environment constraints and design requirements; and the CAE system was used to conduct the stiffness and strength computation and computation result analysis for the load-bearing airtight bulkhead. Finally, the application of the system to the design change of airframe structural members was summarized.
