根据我国经济改革与发展的实践经验,提出了产权证券这一新的理论范畴。在对产权证券的含义、特点以及一般功能进行了详细研究的基础上,特别研究了产权证券对解决我国社会主义市场经济理论难点和我国市场取向改革深化的作用,提出了自己独特的见解。

On Securities of Property Rights

A new theoretieal category has been put forward in this paper on the basis of the practical experiences of our country's economic reform and development. The author has made a detailed study of the meaning,the feature and the general functions of securities of property rights,and in particular of its function in solving the difficulty points of the eocialist market ecouomy theory and in deepening the reform of the country' s economic system. Therefore some unique ideas have been rendered.
