| Abstract: | Based on occupational features of air traffic controllers,the article expounds upon several issues concerning artificial factor lab for the selection of air traffic control talents.The article constructs the software test platform of aviation artificial factors,and determines the test project through statistical analysis so as to achieve the purpose of selecting air traffic control talents. |
