| 摘 要： | 通过对传统 TPS设计方法的分析 ,提出构造自动测试设备 (ATE)多开关模块模型的一种方法 ,从数学的角度将各类开关模块纳入统一的逻辑表述范畴以实现测试方案的灵活性和 TPS的通用性 ,并在此基础上探讨模型在ATE软件中的具体构建方法和实现过程。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of traditional TPS design course,a kind of modeling method for multiple types of switch modules in ATE is proposed,including their mathematical presentations,connections,and orientations.This unification is helpful to merge all switch modules into a consistent logic matrix in order to enhance test scenario's flexibility and universality of TPS.Subsequently,some implementation approaches are put forward. |
